  Horrible customer service .... rude amd ignorant staff.... I have been in this store multiple times amd everytime it's the same way.... they can't be bothered to stop chatting with each other to take care of the customer.... they price things on the shelves a certain way and the product rings up differently instead of honoring the price the call over the manager amd call you a liar.... they would rather start a fight with the customer instead of helping.... I just called with a question about a product and was told no they don't have it .... wouldn't even let me say what the product was... they talked over me just telling me no no no ....rude rude rude don't give this business your money

  OK everyone. You are rating this Walgreens based on Pharmacy alone it seems. And maybe Walgreens corporate will look at the reviews. Don't ever be shy to tell the store manager what goes on in their store, because even though they may not be employed by Walgreens, they represent them while being in their store. Managers can go up the line to district and regional and then - enough complaints, and someone will have to step in. That being said, I get my prescriptions at the Santa Barb. and Aviation Pkwy location because it's the closest to my home and their whole staff, including pharmacy is wonderful. But at this location my husband and I have never had a problem with any of the regular staff as they are all very friendly, and even one of the cosmetics girls I see from time to time was there today and was very friendly and helpful as always.
