  If anyone has done or is thinking of doing business with this company owned by Jimmy Hawley...........BEWARE!!
  
  They installed Hurricane Windows, a full Pool Cage, and 3 motorized Storm Shutters on my Lanai. In total, over $50,000.
  
  Products are good. Workmanship was good, but service is NON EXISTENT.
  
  When I called them to do some minor repairs from the hurricane, I was first told that I was put on the schedule. A week later when I followed up, I was told by Robert that it would be November or December before they could get to me. Not happy with that, I asked at that point to speak to the owner. I was transferred to Jill who informed me that they would not be doing any of this work. OK.....it went from Nov or Dec to not at all in 15 seconds. The owner refuses to call me and I was hung up on.
  
  The name of the company is Storm Solutions, 1338 Del Prado Blvd in Cape Coral. Jimmy Hawley.......I hope you are reading this.
