  I made the mistake of paying before seeing the work that was done. We were out of town. I'm hoping that the actual re-plumb was done properly. The aesthetics were unacceptable
  Tried to get that rectified with several visits from three employees, one being the owner. They installed a plate over shower valve in one of the bathrooms crooked exposing a crack in tile. Phone calls weren't returned quickly and no follow through on promises. The last time here, the owner stated "that's the best I can do." I'm really not hard to please but it looks terrible. The owner told me over and over how busy he was which means to me you're not important.
