  I am very disappointed at the service I received from this establishment. First they charge extra for Priority USPS Flat rate shipping which is something I have never encountered with a PakMail in other locations. Second, they charged DOUBLE for the cost to ship a media mail box. And third, despite requesting Fragile stamps or stickers three times while checking out, none were put on my boxes. My boxes were received crumpled and damaged. Additionally, my co-worker's package was mailed from a wrong account despite the fact that she is a regular customer. Next time I know better and will go to the Post Office instead.

  Open at 9:09am on Saturday - big plus. Clerk was super friendly.
