  I always make sure I opt out of the arbitration clause in the first 30 day when opening any bank account. Its the small print most skip over

  Poor customer service. Walked in to open account with wife. The time was approximately 2pm. The bank traffic was low to non existing. Yet we waited for 20 mins and still no one attended to us. I would not recommend.
