  A person buys insurance to protect themselves from problems and when you have a problem you would hope that you would be covered and receive the compensation that you have coming. I feel that their claims agency ,Federated Insurance , doesn't give the type of service that Shapiro Agency would like for their customers. Shapiro also seems to have a problem contacting the Federated group and getting results.
