  i visited the store with my wife and grand daughter aug 4 2015
  
  i wanted a dive knife
  
  we also were looking for a skin for the g. daughter
  
  no skins for kids
  
  i purchased a dive knife
  
  when i got home i found that the knife does not lock into the sheath - what kind of "dive" knife is this ???
  
  i returned to the store slightly annoyed at having to make a return trip within 30 minutes
  
  i showed the clerk the knife's fault and asked for my money back
  
  wherein he stated a "no return store policy"
  
  i was flabbergasted -- this wasn't 30 days ago or 10 days ago or 3 days ago
  
  THIS WAS 30 MINUTES AGO !!!!!!
  
  after getting nowhere with the clerk, i asked to speak with the manager
  
  who's response was "we don't like to take money out of our register"
  
  he offered to give a small discount on another knife - which i reluctantly accepted
  
  what kind of responsible business won't refund a purchase such as this ????
  
  should i have more carefully inspected the knife ? - well i guess so
  
  never the less i prefer to do business with an establishment without
  
  such a ridiculous " we don't like to take money out of our register" policy
  
  because guess what !! - nobody likes to take money out of their wallet
  
  and be sold a product they are not happy with
  
  i consider this a very poor business practice
  
  i have visited this store several times during my 20 years in the cape - my only diving in on occasional
  
  trips to the keys
  
  this was my first bad experience
