  Took a comforter in to be pressed. Lady Found a spot and said it should be dry cleaned. Said it would be ready in 5 days. Went back a week later, not ready until the next day. Husband picked up and they charged me $45.00. Spot didn't even come out. Really????? $45.00 to clean a full size comforter? I didn't even pay that much for it. I will never take anything there again. A RIPOFF.

  Had alterations completed on the dress was told they would be done on the 10th after being there for two weeks. The alterations were finally complete on the 18th. When I tried the dress on the alterations were done poorly, the dress did not fit. I would use extreme caution if having alterations completed here.

  Dropped off king size comforter on Friday the 9 th, told will be ready in one week, they will call if done early. I called day it was supposed to be ready. Not ready. Stopped in next day not ready, person behind counter called me 10 minutes later to tell me she called the plant, they do not have it, sent it somewhere else but don't know where....10 days later still waiting
