  Horrible service, one of their lines fell down in my yard, they said they would take care of it within 48 hours. A week or so later they still had not come, so I called back, and got hung up on! Had to call the fire dept. who would not touch their equipment. My brother in law had to fix it for me. I'm with Comcast for a reason, MUCH better customer service!
