  I hired the nice guys at Cape Coral Ductless to install a full Mitsubishi Electric ductless mini-split AC system in a rental home a few months ago. They were amazing to work with. The technicians that did the installation were really friendly, showed up on time, worked quickly and you could tell that they were well trained. Because this was an investment property, I wanted to keep costs down. They came in with a competitive bid and great testimonials from past clients who were happy with their work. On top of that the energy bill has dropped significantly! I'm saving $150 per month with the ductless mini-split. You can control every room in your house. It is also nice to know that it is better for the environment, but truthfully, the cost savings and lack of headaches from maintenance on an older ducted AC unit are the real reason. I HIGHLY recommend that you hire them to do install a ductless mini split in your home.
